The newborn package is designed to gently create healthy sleep habits for babies 0-16 weeks of age.  Teaching independent sleep is the foundation of healthy sleep habits.  Many babies who are taught these skills from the very beginning, do not need sleep training later on.  

This package includes: 

a FREE consultation phone call, tailored sleep tips, unlimited email support until your baby is 16 weeks of age.

The infant basic support package is designed to teach infant babies (4 -12 months) to sleep independently.  

This package includes: 

a FREE consultation phone call, an individualized sleep plan, one week of unlimited email/text support, a follow-up phone call with additional support  tips for the future.

This infant (4-12 month) package includes everything in the basic support package, with one additional week of unlimited email/text support (2 weeks total).

This package includes customized sleep plans for the entire first year of your child's life.  We will begin teaching healthy sleep habits from the very beginning, and troubleshoot any issues (sleep regressions, etc.) until your child's first birthday.

This package is designed for children over 12 months of age.
